Martinez Marina

Recreational Opportunities are abundant in the City of Martinez, which offers access to a variety of entertainment activities. By land or by sea, the outdoor enthusiast has access to it all.

Picturesque views of the Martinez-Benicia Bridge, the Carquinez Strait, and across the Solano County coastline, can be seen by boaters and fisherman from the Martinez Marina.

First developed in the mid-1840’s for ferry service between Martinez and Benicia, Martinez’ historic waterfront will be undergoing refurbishing within the next few years.

A beautiful Yacht Club overlooks the marina, where more than 400 boats can be berthed. A bait shop, fuel pier for gas and diesel are on site. Berths can be rented for overnight or extended stay, and are managed on site in the Harbormaster’s Office, by Westrec Marinas, Inc. The launching ramp and fishing pier are accessible to the disabled, as are the nearby park and picnic facilities (at Waterfront Park).

(150 Acres) North Court Street via Ferry Street. Four ballfield complex with concessions and restroom, soccer field, picnic areas, playground areas, horse- shoe pits and bocce ball courts, restroom, the Marina and fishing pier. Twelve- hundred seat amphitheater and skateboard park.
